Recently, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the Ministry of Finance jointly announced the list of project units for the 2024 National High-skilled Talent Training Base and Skill Master Studio. Mingyang Smart Energy Group Co., Ltd. was successfully awarded the title of "National High-skilled Talent Training Base" (Manufacturing Category, A-level). The achievement of this honor once again demonstrates the unique advantages and remarkable achievements of Mingyang Group in the cultivation of high-skilled talents in the field of new energy.

Building a national high-skilled talent training base is an important measure to implement the spirit of the "Opinions on Strengthening the Construction of High-skilled Talent Teams in the New Era" of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council. It aims to cultivate more high-skilled talents and skilled craftsmen to meet the needs of economic and social development and meet the needs of enterprise talent construction.
