On March 30, the 2025 Global Henan Businessmen Conference opened in Xuanyuan Hall of Zhengzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center. Zhang Chuanwei, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Mingyang Group, was invited to attend the conference and delivered a keynote speech as a representative of global Henan businessmen. Wang Kai, Governor of Henan Province, presided over the conference and Liu Ning, Secretary of the Henan Provincial Party Committee, delivered a speech.

Zhang Chuanwei pointed out in his speech that as a Henan businessman, he has always had the original intention and mission of dedicating himself to his hometown, benefiting his hometown and serving his hometown. In particular, under the inspiration of General Secretary Xi Jinping's "two betters", Mingyang has comprehensively laid out five central centers for new energy manufacturing, investment, research and development, operation management and maintenance services, built high-end new energy technology, industrial clusters and application scenarios, and laid a green foundation for the rise of the central region with "four highs and four firsts", promoting the comprehensive green transformation of the economy and society.

Zhang Chuanwei said that Mingyang will leverage its world-leading new energy equipment technology advantages, concentrate primary wind and solar resources to build secondary green power advantages, promote high-value extension from green electricity to green hydrogen and then to green chemical industries, create new energy high-end equipment and green electricity hydrogen ammonia alcohol industry clusters, promote the high-level construction of zero-carbon parks in southeastern Henan, build a new highland for circular economy industries, and take the lead in implementing the "Thousand Towns and Villages Wind Harnessing Action" to help rural revitalization, contributing wisdom and strength to writing the Chinese-style modern Henan chapter.

It is reported that the theme of this Henan Merchants Conference is "New Development of Henan, New Opportunities for Henan Merchants". Nearly 600 well-known Henan merchants from home and abroad gathered together. The conference will sign contracts on the spot around a number of major projects with high "new" and "green" content.
