Project location: Guangzhou

The Science and Technology Innovation Building Project of China Construction Fourth Engineering Bureau is located in the core area of Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province.

The East District of Guangzhou International Financial City aims to build a super-grade A office building that leads the future. Under the premise of ensuring the overall appearance of the building, the project installs photovoltaic power generation glass on the horizontal decorative line of the curtain wall eaves. As the first super-high-rise BIPV building in China with a height of over 150 meters, the project adopts a self-generated and self-used surplus power grid model, which not only helps to achieve carbon neutrality goals and improve energy structure, but also actively explores the application of new energy technologies in building energy conservation, urban power supply, heating, and heating, providing new sustainable energy solutions for super-high-rise buildings.

The project has completed LEED Gold pre-certification, Near Zero Energy Building Design Certification, Green Building Three Star pre-certification, and has been selected as Guangdong Province's dual-carbon pilot, engineering cost reform pilot, smart construction pilot, and China Construction Group's low-carbon and zero-carbon key demonstration project.
